Faculty and professional staff are invited to march in the academic processional at the inauguration of Dr. Katherine S. Conway-Turner on Tuesday, October 21.

Please note: Due to the complexity of organizing the processional, we are unable to accommodate late registrants.

Marchers are required to provide their own regalia.
Deadline to Order: Friday, September 26
The deadline to order rental regalia with guaranteed hood colors and standard charges is Friday, September 26. Contact Marybeth Keller in the bookstore at firstname.lastname@example.org or (716) 878-5509.
Please note: Following the deadline, rental orders may still be placed through October 8; however, requested hood colors are not guaranteed and express shipping charges may apply.
Each rental unit includes cap, gown, hood, and tassel. Tax included.

Where to Assemble
On Inauguration Day, all marchers will assemble for the academic processional in the Burchfield Penney Art Center beginning at 10:45 a.m. Multiple rooms will be used to lineup for the processional, so please be sure to check in at the registration table to receive your room assignment.
Please note: Due to the complexity of organizing the processional, marchers arriving after 11:15 a.m. cannot be accommodated.
After you sign in at the registration table, please proceed to your assigned lineup location. Your place in the processional will be indicated by a chair with your name on it. Put on your academic garb and leave any belongings in the robing area. The faculty marshal will provide marching instructions and direct you from the robing and assembly areas to Rockwell Hall. A program will be on your seat in the Performing Arts Center.
